产线搭载6台高精度六轴机器人,配备自主研发的超声波焊接模组(焊接精度达±0.1mm),同步完成弹性腰围贴合、立体臀杯成型、腿部橡筋定位等关键工序。相较于传统人工操作,焊接强度一致性提升至99.8%,完美解决医用级产品的密封性能难题。


创新性部署12组高速CCD相机+深度学习算法,对产品进行360°无死角检测:从面料瑕疵、针脚密度到橡筋弹力衰减,均可在0.3秒内完成识别与分拣。系统支持100+种产品缺陷库自动迭代,不良品率稳定控制在0.2%以下,较行业平均水平降低60%。


通过搭建产线数字孪生模型,可实时监控设备稼动率、能耗曲线、原料损耗等200+项指标。客户案例显示,某企业通过系统优化排产计划,订单交付周期缩短28%,原料利用率提升至98.5%,年节省成本超800万元。

厦门米来智能第四代一次性内裤生产线核心工位——黄色六轴机器人集群正在进行超声波焊接作业,机械臂末端搭载的视觉传感器实时扫描产品轮廓,人机界面同步显示焊接压力、温度等工艺参数。产线采用模块化设计,支持棉柔、无纺布、抗菌等多材质产品快速切换,换型时间缩短至20分钟。
