Advantages of custom test bench base iron baseplate: factory experience sharing
In the fields of heavy machinery, construction machinery, wind power equipment, etc., the performance testing of heavy equipment cannot be separated from a stable and reliable test platform. The test bench baseplate has become the core foundation for building a heavy equipment test platform due to its characteristics of high load-bearing, easy fixation and high precision. However, if the load distribution is unreasonable, the light will lead to the deviation of the test data, and the heavy will cause the deformation of the platform, equipment damage and even safety accidents. Therefore, during the construction process, the optimization of the load distribution of the test bench baseplate is the key to ensure the safety and accuracy of the test. The following is a detailed explanation of the specific optimization plan from the three dimensions of platform selection, design and auxiliary measures.
First, according to the weight and force characteristics of the equipment, select the test bench baseplate
The premise of load distribution optimization is that the platform itself has sufficient bearing capacity, and the suitable model needs to be selected according to the weight of the heavy equipment, the stress mode (static/dynamic) and the test items. Static test (such as structural strength test): The weight of the equipment is evenly distributed, and the standard selection can be based on the "platform rated load ≥ equipment weight 1.2". For example, for testing the chassis of construction machinery of 50t, the test bench baseplate with a rated load of more than 60t should be selected. The material is HT300 cast iron (high tensile strength and good rigidity), and the thickness of the countertop is not less than 200mm to avoid long-term compression deformation.
Dynamic test (such as vibration fatigue test): The impact force will be generated when the equipment is running, and the load needs to be calculated according to "peak load 1.5". Taking the dynamic test of a 10t wind power gearbox as an example, the peak load during operation may reach 15t, and the rated load of the platform needs to be ≥22.5t, and it needs to be aged (remove internal stress) to prevent the dynamic impact from cracking the table.
